The International Union of Beverage Business (IUBB) is a non-profit organization registered in Vienna, Austria. We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the cultural significance of traditional beverages worldwide, with a special focus on Chinese baijiu and Japanese sake.

IUBB unites over 400 members from 30 countries, including industry leaders, producers, researchers, and enthusiasts. Membership is by invitation only, with two tiers: General (49 euros/year) and Expert (99 euros/year). Expert Members enjoy additional benefits, including speaking opportunities at prestigious events. IUBB facilitates high-end networking, connecting members with influential figures in the beverage world. Our community fosters knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the preservation of global beverage heritage, while offering members chances to elevate their professional profiles.
